Payment & Booking Details
- 30% deposit required at time of booking
- Balance payable on arrival (card on file will be charged)
- Direct deposit accepted for bookings made 7+ days in advance
- Valid credit card required at check-in (debit cards not accepted for bond)
- Guests without a credit card will need to leave a cash or EFTPOS bond
- Visa, Mastercard and AMEX accepted (2% surcharge applies for AMEX)
- Government-issued photo ID required at check-in

Check-in:
2:00pm to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Check-out:
10:00am (all days)
After-hours:
check-in can be arranged in advance – just let us know
Cancellations
- More than 21 days before arrival: full refund (minus $50 admin fee)
- 7-21 days before arrival: deposit is non-refundable
- Less than 7 days, no-shows, or early departure: full tariff charged
- Local resident bookings accepted by direct consultation only
- Management reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at discretion
