We offer discounted stays for return guests, groups bookings and corporate overnight bookings.
 
OUR POLICIES
 
Payment
  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card or direct deposit* with the balance payable on the day of arrival. *7 day future bookings only
  • Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file on the day of arrival - including for after-hour check-ins
  • A current valid credit-card is required at check-in as security on the apartment. Please note debit cards are not accepted for security purposes.
  • Guests without a Credit Card will be required to lodge a bond via cash or eftpos at check-in
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (2% surcharge applies to American Express payments)
  • Photo ID is required at check-in to verify your identity and must match the name on the reservation

Monday - Friday:  2:00pm - 5:00pm 
Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays: by pre-arrangement only.
 
CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS CAN BE ORGANISED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT
To Check-in on a weekend, Public holiday or outside Reception hours on week days, please call us prior to your arrival date and we will organise an after-hours keybox for you.

Information for Guests
  • All our apartments are non-smoking
  • All of our apartments are fully self-contained and are not serviced daily. For stays over 7 nights, apartments are serviced weekly. All bed and bath apartment linen is supplied.
  • Beachcomber Resort has a No Party Policy. We do not accept bookings from Bucks, Hens, Schoolies or End of Year Sporting groups.
  • No pets allowed - no exceptions
  • Our cancellation policy is:
    • More than 21 days’ notice prior to arrival:  full refund, less $50 admin fee
    • 7 - 21 days prior to arrival:  deposit is retained
    • Less than 7 days prior to arrival, no show or early departure: full tariff charged
  • Bookings from residents of the local area will be accepted ONLY following consultation direct with the property.
  • Management reserves the right to decline or evict any booking at any time, at their discretion. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
  • Same day bookings only accepted during our reception hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:00 pm; Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays - 9:00am to 12:00 noon
  • Additional Bed:   $25.00 per night
  • Cots, Highchairs: $25.00 per stay
  • Additional Room Service: $55.00 per service
  • Special Conditions apply for major events.
