EXTRA PERSON - $20.00 per night
TRUNDLE BEDS, COTS, HIGHCHAIRS - $25.00 each one-off fee (up to 7 nights)

Booking details:
30% deposit is required within 7 days of making your booking. The balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a refund for early departure.
- Cancellations:
- If cancellation is advised more than 2 weeks before the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is $50.00.
- If cancellation is advised within 2 weeks of the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is the full deposit.
- If cancellation is advised on the day of arrival or there is no arrival, then the cancellation fee is the full booking amount, which includes the deposit plus the balance due.
- Conditions apply for major events.

Additional Room Service:
Guests requesting daily or additional room servicing will be charged $55.00 per service.
- Check-in time is from 2:00pm on day of arrival Monday to Saturday. Sundays by arrangement.
- Check-out time by 10:00am on day of departure (fees apply for late departure).
- Sorry no pets allowed - due to health regulations.
- Rates are subject to alterations without notice, but once a deposit for a booking has been received, they will not change for that booking.
- Management reserves the right to terminate a booking at any time, this action would result from misconduct by any guests (or friends of guests) associated with escessive noise, damage or discomfort of other guests.
